Sabah Tea Garden is the largest single tea plantation on Borneo Island, located about 20km away from Ranau town along the east coast highway to Sandakan. Nestled on 2,480 hectares of hilly plains in Kampung Nalapak, the estate features authentic Sabah tea leaves harvested from the fertile lowland region surrounding Mount Kinabalu.
A factory on site processes and packages these leaves under 'Sabah Tea', a brand popular throughout Malaysia including the Peninsular. Sabah Tea also provides traditional longhouse and cottage accommodation with tour and nature activities in the surrounding rainforest. A restaurant and shopping gallery completes the list of visitor facilities.
