Places to Visit

Kota Kinabalu

KK City has a rich historical and cultural heritage that expresses itself in monuments, markets, gardens, parks, museums and many other attractions that lie within the urban center and outlying areas. Most of them are accessible on foot if living within any of the city's many hotels and inns. Hotels and resorts further out usually provide a shuttle service or tour packages that ply most of these tourist destinations. There also many tour operators and chartered taxis that will bring visitors on a day trip covering major sights stationed within the city, airport and bus terminals. Some of these places require a small entrance fee, while others only open at night.
